Refunds, Returns and Exchange
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by Us to You and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by a third party.
Returns and Exchanges
- Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or returned for store credit.
- Only product that have not been used or damaged can be returned. The piece must contain its original tags. The returned piece will be inspected by us and only once confirmed to be in unused and non-damaged condition, will it be eligible for replacement or store credit.
- All exchanges, including change of size are subject to availability and our specific confirmation.
- Any product exchanged once will be considered as customised and not be eligible for further exchange.
- In case of an exchange, an additional courier fee will be charged.
- Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances, the store credit can be used whenever you shop with us next time.
- Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
- All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods.
- A return/exchange request should be placed by you within 48 hours after delivery (if bought online).
- If You wish to exchange your item for an alternative product. You must return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately using the credit.
- Products that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted for return or exchange and may be sent back to You.
- Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
- All custom-made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by You.
- Discounted product(s) or products bought under an offer cannot be returned or exchanged.
- You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After which we shall not be able to process the cancellation.
- Only store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.
- To cancel, return or exchange an item, the Customer must write to us at email@example.com. Alternatively, the customer may even call on +91 – 9999454935 between 10am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday).
- Refunds, if any, whether in the form of cash or store credit, will be processed within 5-7 working days of (i) You providing the appropriate account details in case of a cash refund; and (ii) receipt of product by Us.
- Cash refunds can only be processed in the original mode of payment. However, there will be no refunds in cash, even if the original payment was made in cash.
- There will be no refunds on discounted bills where any kind of discounts were applied to the order.
